Vector Artwork Conversion Service keeps the terms simple for all clients. We will explain our conditions to use our website without using complex words. The below terms are mandatory to accept to continue using our website.

Services
We provide professional Vector Artwork Service through converting raster images into vector formats. We convert JPG and PNG images into AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF. This is a manual process. No AI tool used.
Copyright Rules
We respect creative property. We expect you to do the same. When you submit any artwork, logo, and images to our site, you guarantee that you own the copyright of that image. You must have legal permission to use the image. It’s your responsibility to maintain that.
If someone takes legal action against us because you submitted copyrighted artwork, you agree to cover all legal damages resulting from that claim. So, we are not responsible for the images that you did not have the rights to use. We do not claim any ownership of your original artwork.
Final File Ownership
After completing your project, we will send you the final vector file. It belongs to you. You are free to use it for any purpose. You can use it for commercial printing, branding, marketing, and any other business purpose. We will not resell your specific designs for any other clients.
Payments Method
All fees of our vector conversion services are displayed clearly before starting the project. Payment must be cleared before the final vector files are delivered or as per agreement.
We want to make you happy with the final result. We offer revisions to ensure the vector file matches your original image accurately. Requests for completely new design elements will need extra fees.
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we cannot complete your project as per technical standards, we will issue a refund. Once the final high-resolution vector files are accepted, refunds cannot be issued.
Printing Responsibility
We always give our 100% to avoid any errors. It can occasionally happen during file conversion. You will be responsible for checking and proofing your final vector files.
You should check it before sending them to a print shop, manufacturer, and production facility. We are not liable for any financial losses because of print errors. If you find a file containing an error, contact us for revision.
Liability Of Limitations
We provide our services on Vector Artwork Conversion. We are not responsible for any consequential damages. Lost business profits, missed deadlines, and website downtime is included in those terms.
Governing Law
Any disputes that come from your use of our services will be considered under the laws of the United States. We always want to stay aligned with our customer requirements. So, chances are very rare for such unwanted things to happen.
Frequent Changes
We have to update our terms because of legal reasons. If you change any terms, we will post updates on this page. There will be a new “Last Updated” date on the top.
